• Flyer Insert Package - The Chamber mails a monthly promotional package to all members. Publicize your business by providing 1650 flyers and a small insertion fee.

• City Map - Produced annually, the official map for the City of Palm Desert is distributed to new residents, at the Chamber Office, the Visitor Information Center and several shopping centers. Affordable advertising is available.
• Special Targeted Publications - The Chamber produces specialized lists & labels upon request. Decide what categories of businesses you want to reach and we can provide the affordable list or set of labels.
• Summer Promotions - In cooperation with the City of Palm Desert, the Chamber assists with special summer retail promotions.

• Labor Law Compliance Materials - Through the Chamber, you can purchase up-to-date compliance materials including required posting notices, Cal/OSHA programs or labor law guidance or more. • Leadership Coachella Valley - From September through June, a one-day-a-month training program focuses on developing and enhancing leadership skills. Sponsored by six area Chambers.
• Emergency Preparedness - Basic tips designed for small businesses before and after a disaster are available, along with a simple Business Emergency Responsibility Matrix.

GOVERNMENTAL ADVOCACY
The Palm Desert Chamber of Commerce serves as a business advocate, working with local, state & national governments on issues that are of importance to our business community. The Chamber's official Legislative Action Committee helps guide the Board of Directors in their work.

RECOGNITION PROGRAMS
The Chamber regularly honors deserving citizens, volunteers and outstanding businesses. Awards include the George V. Berkey Award, Business Person of the Year, Award of Excellence, Community Service Award and Art & Business Award, among others.
