Looking for a centrally located place to hold your next meeting? Think about utilizing the Henderson Community Building Conference Rooms. 3 Room sizes to fit your needs. Small Board Room for up to 8 people, Conference Board Room for up to 28 people, and larger room to facilitate your meeting room needs. Audio System available for rent, offsite rental of Audio System is Available. Kitchen with sink, microwave and refrigerator is available. Large back patio area for break outs, receptions, and more is available. Coffee service available for a small fee.
Rooms have Wifi, and Cat5 internet connectivity for no charge. Audio Visual needs are provided by the client, we have referrals if needed. Quick Prices:
Commercial Business Pricing for Rentals: from $50 for Half Day (4hrs) to $150 for full day (8hrs) depending on room rental size
Non-Profit Pricing for Rentals: from $25 per hour to 6 month terms to save money for recurring meetings
Audio Speaker Rental: Conference Room use for $75, for offsite rental please inquire to Andy@pdcc.org
Coffee Service: from $20 - $50 (includes coffee, amenities, and cups) Depending on group size.
